Licentro
Version 1.0 – 6 August 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how Digital Products purchased through licentro.net are processed and delivered.
Capitalised terms used in this Policy have the meanings given to them in Licentro’s General Terms and Conditions.
Licentro sells and supplies Digital Products, including software Licence Keys, activation codes, download links and digital installation or activation instructions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Product Page, Licentro does not ship physical products.
Customers will not receive:
A physical software box;
A DVD or USB drive;
A printed Licence Key;
A Certificate of Authenticity;
A parcel tracking number; or
Any other tangible product by post or courier.
All products are supplied electronically.
Following successful payment, the Customer’s Digital Product is delivered using one or more of the following methods:
Email;
The order confirmation page;
A download link;
The Customer’s account on licentro.net; or
Another electronic method clearly stated on the Product Page.
The delivery email will normally include or provide access to:
The purchased Licence Key;
The product name and edition;
Installation and activation instructions;
A link or button to download the relevant guide; and
Relevant order information.
The Customer should save the delivery email, Licence Key and installation instructions in a secure location.
Most Digital Products are delivered automatically within a few minutes after successful payment.
Delivery may take longer where:
The payment is still pending or has not been authorised;
The payment provider requires additional processing time;
The order requires security or fraud verification;
The Customer’s email provider delays or rejects the delivery email;
A temporary technical outage occurs;
A Publisher or activation platform is unavailable;
The Digital Product requires manual processing; or
Another delivery period is stated on the Product Page.
Any product-specific delivery time displayed on the Product Page or during checkout forms part of the order.
A Digital Product is considered supplied when:
The Licence Key or activation code has been sent to the Customer’s email address;
The Licence Key or activation code is displayed on the order confirmation page;
The Customer can access the Digital Product through their Customer account;
A working download link has been made available; or
The Customer otherwise has access to the agreed digital content and no further action by Licentro is required to provide that access.
An order confirmation that does not contain or provide access to the purchased Digital Product does not by itself constitute completed digital supply.
Licentro does not charge postage, packaging or courier fees for Digital Products.
Any applicable VAT, payment costs or other unavoidable charges will be displayed before the Customer completes the order.
Because Licentro supplies Digital Products electronically, no customs duties or physical import charges normally apply.
The Customer remains responsible for any taxes or charges that apply under the laws of the Customer’s country and that were not required to be collected by Licentro during checkout.
The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct email address during checkout.
Licentro delivers the Digital Product to the email address associated with the order.
Customers should check:
That the email address in the order confirmation is correct;
The inbox;
The spam or junk folder;
The promotions or updates folder, where applicable; and
Whether the mailbox has sufficient storage space.
Licentro is not responsible for an initial delivery delay caused exclusively by an incorrect email address provided by the Customer.
After being notified, Licentro will provide reasonable assistance to correct the email address and deliver the order to the correct Customer.
For security reasons, Licentro may request reasonable verification before changing an order’s email address or sending a Licence Key to a different address.
Digital Products are normally supplied only after Licentro receives confirmation that payment was successful.
Some payment methods may take longer to process than others.
An order may remain pending where:
The payment has not been completed;
The payment provider has not authorised the transaction;
The payment is under review;
The payment has been reversed or cancelled; or
Additional verification is reasonably required.
Licentro is not responsible for delays caused exclusively by the Customer’s bank or payment provider.
If payment is unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Licentro may temporarily hold an order where objective signals indicate:
Payment fraud;
Unauthorised use of a payment method;
Identity misuse;
Automated or promotional abuse;
Sanctions or export restrictions;
An unusual order pattern; or
A significant risk of unauthorised resale.
Licentro may request limited and proportionate information to verify the order.
Licentro will never request:
An account password;
A two-factor authentication code;
A complete payment card number; or
Access to the Customer’s online banking account.
If an order cannot be reasonably verified, Licentro may refuse or cancel it.
Where no Digital Product has been supplied, an amount already paid will be refunded without undue delay unless a temporary hold is legally required.
Certain Digital Products may be limited to a specific country, region, language, platform or account type.
Any material regional restriction will be stated on the Product Page.
Before purchasing, the Customer must check that:
The Digital Product is valid in the intended country or region;
The Customer’s Publisher account uses a supported region;
The selected product language is suitable;
The correct platform or operating system has been selected; and
The Customer meets the stated system requirements.
The use of a VPN or another method to bypass a clearly disclosed regional restriction is not supported and may violate the Publisher’s terms.
Licentro remains responsible where the Digital Product supplied does not match the region or specifications stated on the Product Page.
An order containing multiple Digital Products or a bundle may be delivered:
In one email;
In multiple emails;
Through multiple download links; or
In separate sections of the order confirmation or Customer account.
The Customer should check the complete delivery email and order page before reporting a missing component.
If part of a bundle or multiple-product order is missing, Licentro will investigate and supply the missing component or provide another remedy required under the General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.
Where an installation or activation guide is included, it is supplied electronically with or alongside the Licence Key.
The guide may be made available through:
A download button in the delivery email;
A link on the order confirmation page;
The Customer account;
A PDF document; or
An online help page.
Installation guides are intended to help the Customer install and activate the correct product.
The Customer should always check that the product edition and operating system in the guide match the Digital Product purchased.
If a guide is missing, inaccessible or appears to cover the wrong product, the Customer should contact info@licentro.net.
If the Digital Product is not received shortly after successful payment, the Customer should first:
Check the spam or junk folder;
Confirm that the correct email address was used;
Check the order confirmation page;
Check the Customer account, where applicable;
Confirm that payment was completed; and
Search the inbox for emails from Licentro.
If the Digital Product still cannot be found, the Customer should contact info@licentro.net and include:
The full name used for the order;
The order number;
The email address used during checkout;
The purchased Digital Product; and
Proof of payment where reasonably necessary.
Licentro will investigate and, where appropriate:
Resend the delivery email;
Correct the delivery address;
Restore access to the download;
Supply the missing Licence Key;
Complete the order through another secure electronic method; or
Provide another remedy required by applicable law.
If Licentro does not supply the Digital Product within the agreed period, the Customer may give Licentro a reasonable additional period to complete supply.
A Consumer may terminate the Contract without providing an additional period where:
Licentro has refused to supply;
Supply has become impossible; or
Delivery at the agreed time was essential and Licentro was informed of this before the Contract was concluded.
If the Contract is validly terminated because of non-delivery, Licentro will refund the amount paid for the affected Digital Product without undue delay.
Additional information about refunds is available in Licentro’s Return and Refund Policy.
If Licentro delivers a different Digital Product, edition, region, language or licence scope from the one ordered, the Customer should not activate the Licence Key.
The Customer should contact info@licentro.net as soon as possible and provide:
The order number;
The product ordered;
The product received; and
A screenshot or other reasonable evidence without sensitive information.
Licentro will investigate and provide the correct Digital Product, a suitable replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.
Digital delivery is completed when the Customer receives or can access the Licence Key or other agreed digital content.
Successful delivery does not necessarily mean that the software has already been installed or activated.
The Customer remains responsible for following the relevant installation and activation instructions.
However, Licentro remains responsible for supplying a usable Licence Key that conforms to the Product Page and the agreed licence scope.
If a supplied Licence Key is invalid or does not activate as described, the Customer should contact info@licentro.net for support under the Activation Guarantee, Return and Refund Policy and applicable statutory rights.
A Licence Key is a unique Digital Product and should be treated as confidential.
After delivery, the Customer must not:
Publish the Licence Key online;
Share it with unauthorised third parties;
Use it for more devices or users than permitted;
Attempt to reproduce or manipulate it; or
Resell or transfer it in breach of applicable law or valid licence restrictions.
The Customer is responsible for securing the email account and Customer account through which the Licence Key is accessed.
Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to Licentro as soon as reasonably possible.
A Customer may request cancellation while digital supply has not yet begun.
Because most orders are fulfilled automatically, Licentro cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be processed before the Digital Product is supplied.
Once valid immediate digital supply has begun, a Consumer may lose the right of withdrawal where the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.
The loss of the right of withdrawal does not affect statutory rights where the Digital Product is not supplied, invalid, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity.
Full details are available in Licentro’s Return and Refund Policy and General Terms and Conditions.
